Wow. Why am I so terrible at this blogging thing!?

We’re doing great. Like any couple, we have our moments. It is how we handle those moments that makes everything so wonderful.

We spent last weekend in Idaho again, house sitting and watching the dogs, two boxers.  Mika and Cashus. It was nice and relaxing. We also spent some time with my sister, her husband, and my nephew. They are a blast to be around.

Stephen started working at the place I do in the Telecom Department. He seems to be liking it quite a bit.  Things are slowly coming together. I’m excited to start building up our savings accounts so we can go traveling! AGH!

We both want a St. Bernard dog so BAD! There’s no way we can in our present situation. With the apartment (no animals plus the limited size). We’ll just slowly start obtaining our goals. We will know we have hit a mile stone when we get to have our pup.. that won’t be very small for very long.

We’re going to Dallas in May. It’s little Arden’s b-day and I’m so excited to meet Steveo’s family, well officially of course.  We’re also planning on going to Seattle here soon to chill out. Just to get out and about.

We did a little re-arranging of the studio. We found a rocking vintage red love-seat. Put up a cool divider to separate the bed from the living space. I’ll post more pictures soon.

Nice relaxing weekend

Stephen and I spent this weekend in St. Maries.  It was so relaxing, which was needed after spending the night “out on the town” for his 28th birthday. Seems like the family really likes him and we just all have a good time together with each other.

–Side note: When is a person too old to do laundry at the parent’s house? 29 isn’t too old right?

Stephen had his interview today, he seems to feel pretty good about it.  I’m excited for him, I think he’s looking forward to working a “9 to 5″ again.

Things are going very well with us. Very comfortable and I love how easy it is to communicate.  We’re planning on both being in this for the long run.  I love having him around.

Work is going well, as far as keeping up with the work load.  Eh.. maybe not so much, but I do what I can do.

Current short term goals and to-do list.

-Obtain a futon as listed below
-Obtain another vehicle
-Obtain additional funds in savings account ($1.24 balance just isn’t working for me right now)
-Pay off a couple small student loans.

Well, just a quick update.  I seem to be spending most of my time off work with Steve-O.  We went ice skating the other day. Had a complete blast. Is there anything this guy isn’t good at?

I’ve been trying to work out more regularly, but it’s hard to get all parties motivated. It will happen tonight for sure. I may have to go alone. I feel like I need a nap right now though.

Studios simply need futons

We just re-arranged the Studio. We’re in need of a futon now.

I have a couple in mind:

They are simple, yet look very classic and don’t put out the ghetto-futon vibe that I’m trying so desperately not to achieve.
